What you will do

• Support transformation programs from initial strategy through final execution.
• Develop comprehensive recommendations addressing people, process, technology, and operating models.
• Own the analysis, structure, and end-to-end output of assigned workstreams.
• Manage stakeholder alignment and facilitate change adoption activities.
• Contribute to problem framing, hypothesis generation, and solution design.
• Build trust-based relationships with client stakeholders through consistent and reliable conduct.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US office and eligible to work in the location.
• 2-4 years of experience in top-tier management consulting firms.
• Demonstrable credentials in commercial transformation programs for life science companies.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, technology, engineering, or a related field.
• Strong business acumen in navigating complex stakeholder communities and change management.
• Excellent interpersonal, critical thinking, presentation, and writing skills.
