Entry-Level Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Technician (Pharmaceutical Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Assist with manufacturing clinical trial materials for new pharmaceutical products.
• Operate, assemble, clean, troubleshoot, maintain, and calibrate production equipment.
• Support engineers with the installation, startup, and testing of new manufacturing equipment.
• Participate in new product transfers and provide hands-on feedback to the team.
• Collect and organize production data, identify workflow improvements, and assist with investigations into process or equipment variations.
• Prepare and update work instructions, training guides, technical reports, and daily production documentation.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative manufacturing environment.
• Commitment to lean principles, quality control, and adapting to new manufacturing processes.
• Strict adherence to OSHA, company safety requirements, standard operating procedures, and cGMP regulations.
• Ability to work in a controlled environment while wearing required personal protective equipment.
• Ability to perform routine heavy lifting, material handling, and active equipment operation.
