Manufacturing Technician II - Inspection (PFS 2 Days)

Location: USA - OH - West Chester; onsite manufacturing environment

Salary: $21.50–$32.00 per hour

What you will do

• Operate automated inspection equipment, monitor equipment status, reintroduce materials, manually palletize inspected materials, and maintain product flow.
• Perform visual, cosmetic, and physical inspection of materials and escalate quality concerns.
• Start up equipment, make minor adjustments, remove jams, troubleshoot, and perform minor assembly or disassembly for cleaning.
• Complete cleaning, housekeeping, line clearance, batch record, GMP documentation, and required mathematical calculations.
• Support product quality, material handling, safety, and compliance with SOPs, cGMPs, OSHA requirements, and established procedures.
• Participate in 5S, problem-solving, Kaizen, OEE tracking, and other process improvement activities.

Requirements

• Experience in a pharmaceutical or cGMP-regulated environment.
• Ability to understand, read, write, communicate, and follow instructions in English.
• Strong attention to detail, accurate recordkeeping, and ability to perform mathematical calculations.
• Ability to obtain and maintain visual inspection and other required work-area qualifications.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to a changing, demanding environment.
• Some overtime may be required with minimal advance notice.

Nice to have

• Prior production or pharmaceutical inspection experience.
• Experience in a LEAN manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of cGMPs and FDA policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of SAP inventory movements and inventory management.
