Pricing Manager (Fintech)

Location: Sydney, Australia; hybrid

hirify.global is a non-bank lender and fintech providing digital property finance solutions, including its Buy Now, Sell Later product.

What you will do

• Own pricing positioning across the product suite, channels, front-book origination, and back-book portfolio.
• Monitor competitors, develop competitive responses, and lead new-product pricing and commercial launches.
• Maintain the Pricing Monitor, Rate Card Master, system rate reconciliations, and Pricing Committee processes.
• Run unit economics checks covering NIM, contribution margin, floor gap, and post-change effectiveness.
• Build portfolio pricing analytics covering yield decomposition, pricing realisation, discharge economics, competitive intelligence, and repricing candidates.
• Partner with Marketing, Credit, Product, Treasury, Data & Analytics, and Sales on pricing decisions and implementation.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in a non-bank lender, bank, or mortgage aggregator.
• Direct experience with pricing, portfolio analytics, treasury, rate cards, loading matrices, or Pricing Committee processes.
• Residential or commercial lending domain knowledge; warehouse funding cost mechanics are strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of IRR, NIM waterfall, contribution margin, and funding cost mechanics.
• Excellent modelling discipline, analytical judgment, and clear written communication.
• Ability to step into the Pricing Committee chair function when required.

Nice to have

• Experience with warehouse funding cost mechanics.
• Fluency in AI-assisted workflows and prompt-library development.
