What you will do
- Lead portfolio optimisation across the mortgage value chain and identify performance drivers and growth opportunities.
- Develop and execute pricing strategies to improve profitability, reduce attrition, and increase customer lifetime value.
- Optimise balance sheet performance through margin management, ROE improvement, and cost-to-serve analysis.
- Forecast portfolio and revenue performance and provide recommendations based on market dynamics and emerging trends.
- Advance pricing sophistication through analytics, lifecycle modelling, and executive-level business cases.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in banking portfolio management, mortgage pricing, retail banking, or financial services consulting.
- Strong commercial understanding of banking products, profitability drivers, and portfolio economics.
- Advanced analytical and modelling skills with proficiency in SQL, Python, SAS, or similar tools.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders through strategic thinking, data-led insights, and executive communication.
- Degree in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Studies, or a related quantitative discipline.
