What you will do
- Partner with the General Manager - Commercial to drive financial performance across a network of more than 350 hotels.
- Analyze pricing, product ranging, promotions, and supplier negotiations to support sales and gross profit targets.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reporting, identifying performance drivers, risks, opportunities, and recommended actions.
- Lead annual budgeting and forecasting cycles and align financial plans with business strategy.
- Improve reporting and analytics while mentoring a Finance Business Partner.
Requirements
- CA or CPA qualification with 7+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong financial modeling and data analysis skills, with the ability to turn complex metrics into clear business insights.
- Strong business partnering and stakeholder-influencing skills.
- Expertise in Excel, SAP, Tableau, TM1, and Google Suite.
- Adaptability and structured execution in a dynamic commercial environment.
