Finance Analyst - Commercial

What you will do

• Partner with Marketing and Beer & Cider stakeholders to provide commercial financial insights and decision support.
• Track campaigns, analyze ROI, and explain financial performance to brand and marketing teams.
• Support end-to-end planning, budgeting, and rolling forecast cycles for the Beer & Cider portfolio.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and practical solutions.
• Deliver month-end reporting, variance analysis, and performance commentary.
• Improve reporting processes and commercial performance analysis.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related discipline.
• Experience in financial analysis or commercial decision support, ideally in FMCG, retail, or beverage sectors.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive, self-starting approach.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate financial concepts into actionable insights for non-finance stakeholders.
• Advanced Excel skills.

Nice to have

• CPA or CA qualification, or near completion.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP.
• Experience with BI and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
