About the Role

You lead and coordinate operational tasks across infrastructure services, including servers, storage, networking equipment, and platform software. You perform rack and stack work, install and troubleshoot Linux and Windows systems, investigate hardware and storage issues, manage IPMI/BMC platforms, improve documentation and escalation workflows, and mentor junior team members.

Requirements

• Advanced English communication skills at B2 level or higher
• Experience with server hardware diagnostics, replacements, and upgrades
• Understanding of data center standards, rack layouts, cabling, power distribution, and remote hands coordination
• Proficiency with monitoring platforms, ticketing systems, and incident handling workflows
• Knowledge of Linux system administration, command line operations, scripting, and performance tuning
• Working knowledge of Windows Server environments
• Familiarity with RAID technologies, disk provisioning, and storage troubleshooting
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a similar field, or equivalent work experience
• Prior senior-level experience in data center operations or infrastructure support is a strong plus

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate operational tasks involving servers, storage, networking equipment, and platform software
• Perform and oversee rack and stack activities, hardware installation, and in-cabinet maintenance
• Manage workflows with remote data center technicians
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Linux and Windows operating systems
• Conduct root cause analysis for hardware failures, RAID rebuilds, storage allocation, and disk lifecycle issues
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot IPMI and BMC platforms
• Improve operational documentation, workflows, and escalation procedures
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
