Senior Operations Analyst (Data Center Infrastructure)

Location: Hybrid — 1 day home office and 4 days at the Vila Mariana office in São Paulo, Brazil

What you will do

• Lead and coordinate operational tasks across servers, storage, networking equipment, and platform software.
• Perform rack and stack activities, hardware installation, replacements, upgrades, and in-cabinet maintenance.
• Coordinate workflows with remote data center technicians and ensure adherence to operational standards.
• Install, configure, monitor, and troubleshoot Linux and Windows operating systems.
• Diagnose hardware failures, RAID rebuilds, storage allocation issues, and disk lifecycle problems.
• Maintain IPMI/BMC platforms, improve documentation and escalation procedures, and mentor junior team members.

Requirements

• Advanced English communication skills at B2 level or higher.
• Proven experience diagnosing, replacing, and upgrading server hardware.
• Strong knowledge of data center standards, rack layouts, cabling, power distribution, and remote hands coordination.
• Experience with monitoring platforms, ticketing systems, and incident handling workflows.
• Solid Linux system administration skills, including command-line operations, scripting, and performance tuning.
• Working knowledge of Windows Server, RAID technologies, disk provisioning, and storage troubleshooting.
