What you will do
- Manage mainframe environments using ISPF, TSO, JCL, Control-M, and DB2.
- Support distributed systems on Unix and Windows, including WebSphere, Citrix, and MQ middleware.
- Administer virtualized infrastructures using VMware ESX and Windows Server 2016/2019.
- Act as a technical leader to solve complex problems, ensuring system reliability and security compliance.
- Mentor peers and collaborate with global teams and international stakeholders.
- Recommend modernization options and identify new business opportunities for clients across various industries.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Tech Lead or Team Leader.
- Fluent English is essential for engaging with international partners and vendors.
- Availability to work from 2 pm to 11 pm.
- Strong proficiency in Linux (4+ years) and intermediate to advanced SQL skills.
- Experience with Control-M, Unix/Linux system navigation, and API testing via Postman.
- Knowledge of observability tools including Kibana, ELK, Dynatrace, and Grafana.
- Bachelor's degree.
