Consumer Benefits Coordinator

Salary: $20.80–$23.15 per hour

What you will do

• Maintain and verify client accounts, household ledgers, and consumer financial records.
• Process payments, manage bills, and prepare monthly expense reports.
• Prepare annual Individual Financial Plans for clients.
• Communicate professionally with representative payees, supervisors, and internal and external stakeholders.
• Handle client funds in accordance with Washington administrative codes and company regulations.
• Track financial transactions accurately and attend management team meetings as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Working knowledge of financial, accounting, banking, and account reconciliation procedures.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Outlook.
• Strong verbal and written interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities is preferred.
