Banking Services Operations Associate IV (Consumer Payments)

Location: Hybrid in Millsboro, Delaware, United States; four days of in-office work each week. Training requires five days per week in the office.

Salary: $20.55–$34.25 per hour (USD)

What you will do

• Research and resolve complex consumer payment, payoff processing, maintenance, and out-of-balance exceptions.
• Perform data entry, system updates, analysis, interpretation, validation, and reconciliation across multiple systems and product lines.
• Review and validate non-standard documents and prepare intermediate-level documentation.
• Process non-standard exceptions and respond to requests from internal partners, customers, and vendors.
• Serve as an escalation point for complex servicing issues and identify risks requiring management escalation.
• Conduct daily quality reviews and provide feedback on work completed by the offshore team.

Requirements

• Associate's degree and at least one year of general work experience, or three years of combined higher education and work experience including at least one year of general work experience.
• Customer service experience with internal and external customers.
• Accounting or banking industry experience.
• Strong mathematical and complex problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with personal computers, spreadsheet software, and word-processing software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Bachelor's degree.
