What you will do

• Answer incoming member and field professional calls and make outbound calls when required.
• Process new account documents, maintenance requests, transfers, distributions, and non-routine or complex transactions.
• Review and resolve items that are not in good order while ensuring timely and accurate account servicing.
• Manage workflow, provide functional coverage, and collaborate with brokerage operations and other service teams.
• Communicate account status clearly to clients and field professionals while meeting service-level and quality standards.
• Support policy, procedure, and quality-assessment development.

Requirements

• High school education and 1–2 years of related experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and applicable financial reporting tools.
• Working knowledge of brokerage operations products, services, affiliated systems, and operational procedures.
• Ability to work day and/or evening shifts based on volume forecasts.
