Product Manager (Agentic AI)

Location: Hybrid, with regular on-site collaboration in New York City and on-site work multiple days per week; candidates must be eligible to work in the United States

What you will do

• Set the product vision and roadmap for an agentic AI personalization platform.
• Lead enterprise customer discovery and pilot programs to validate value propositions.
• Define integration patterns, APIs, SDKs, and real-time data requirements.
• Establish agent boundaries, human-in-the-loop controls, and safety guardrails.
• Align product, engineering, and commercial teams to deliver production-grade systems and integrations.
• Translate business outcomes into measurable metrics and convert pilots into commercial contracts.

Requirements

• 6+ years of Product Management experience, including 0-to-1 B2B SaaS launches.
• Experience in technical product roles working with enterprise customers.
• Background in ML/AI products, data infrastructure, or real-time systems.
• Strong technical fluency with APIs, SDKs, and system architecture trade-offs.
• Experience running customer discovery and pilot programs and iterating rapidly.
• Eligibility to work in the United States and willingness to work on-site in New York City multiple days per week.
