Estates Hotline Specialist

Location: Westlake, TX; onsite work required

Salary: USD $26.92–$40.87 per hour, plus potential bonus or incentive opportunities

What you will do

• Handle inbound calls from trustees, executors, heirs, attorneys, and internal partners.
• Explain estate and divorce process requirements and clarify client next steps.
• Review and interpret estate-related documents and apply state regulations and business rules.
• Identify underlying client needs, mitigate risk, and resolve escalations.
• Partner with internal processing teams to ensure timely and accurate resolution.

Requirements

• At least one year of operational experience in a call center, legal, financial services, brokerage, banking, paralegal, or research environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business administration, or equivalent work experience.
• Strong active listening, emotional intelligence, and de-escalation skills.
• Ability to interpret detailed documents and processes accurately.
• Ability to learn and apply new information, navigate systems, and communicate complex requirements clearly.

Nice to have

• Active Series 7 and 63 licenses.
• Experience interpreting legal documents or working with estate distributions.
