Location: Remote within Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Arizona, Texas, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, California, or Virginia. Candidates in Washington state within reasonable driving distance of Tukwila must work from headquarters on Tuesdays and Wednesdays; candidates outside the commute distance may work remotely from an approved state.
Salary: $96,900–$118,400 target annual pay range; full annual pay range $75,300–$140,100. Performance-based incentives may also be available.

What you will do
- Research fair lending and consumer protection laws, regulations, guidance, and related data, then provide practical recommendations.
- Support administration of the Fair & Responsible Banking Program by evaluating policies, procedures, controls, and monitoring activities.
- Partner with lending, marketing, risk, complaint management, and compliance teams on products, services, and processes.
- Conduct fair lending and UDAP/UDAAP risk assessments, compliance monitoring, targeted testing, complaint reviews, and issue management.
- Analyze lending activity, HMDA data, complaint trends, regression outputs, and redlining reviews to identify potential disparities.
- Prepare program reporting, training materials, regulatory documentation, and remediation updates for leadership and governance committees.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent experience.
- At least 2 years of compliance experience at a financial institution or financial institution regulatory agency.
- Analytical, conceptual, organizational, interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with research, report formatting, Microsoft Office, and presenting data effectively.
- Experience with HMDA or fair lending software, including data analysis, monitoring, reporting, and risk identification.
- Residency in one of the approved U.S. states is required; Washington-based candidates near Tukwila must attend headquarters twice weekly.
Nice to have
- CRCM, NCCO, or another recognized regulatory compliance certification, or willingness to obtain one.
