Software Developer (React Native)

Location: Hybrid work at the Oakville, Canada location; candidates must be eligible to work in Canada

What you will do

• Design, develop, and optimize high-performance features for React Native applications.
• Own features end to end, including clean coding and deployments to the App Store and Google Play.
• Optimize applications for low latency, heavy traffic spikes, and large-scale usage.
• Write greenfield code and refactor legacy systems, using GitHub Copilot to accelerate development and unit testing.
• Collaborate on engineering best practices, code reviews, AWS services, Go, Node.js, Docker, Kubernetes, and microservices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with React Native and React.
• Strong TypeScript proficiency.
• Experience deploying and managing mobile applications to the App Store and Google Play.
• Experience with automated CI/CD tools such as Fastlane and Jenkins.
• Experience with AWS, Docker, containerization, microservices, unit testing, and integration testing.
• Eligibility to work in Canada and availability for hybrid work at the Oakville location.
