TL;DR

Mobile Developer (React Native): Building and evolving reliable mobile experiences for healthcare products with an accent on React Native, TypeScript, and cross-platform consistency. Focus on AI-assisted development, CI/CD pipeline integration, and ensuring high-quality, well-tested code for clinical environments.

Location: Must be based in Canada (Remote/Hybrid options available in Montreal, Quebec, Toronto, Ottawa).

What you will do

  • Build and ship React Native features for iOS and Android production apps.
  • Participate in technical design discussions to propose maintainable, scalable solutions.
  • Write well-tested code and conduct thorough code reviews focusing on security and clarity.
  • Utilize AI-assisted development tools to accelerate implementation while maintaining code quality.
  • Identify and resolve performance issues, crashes, and reliability gaps in production.
  • Contribute to the mobile CI/CD pipeline and maintain shared coding standards.

Requirements

  • Must be authorized to work in Canada.
  • Hands-on experience with React Native and shipping production apps on iOS and Android.
  • Strong TypeScript skills with a disciplined approach to type safety.
  • Solid understanding of mobile platform fundamentals and constraints.
  • Experience with automated testing and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Proactive communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.

Nice to have

  • Native development experience (Swift or Kotlin).
  • Familiarity with design systems or shared component libraries.
  • Experience in monorepo environments (Nx, Turborepo).
  • Exposure to app performance monitoring and crash reporting tools.
