Manager, Customer Data Quality Operations (AI Automation)

What you will do

• Own customer data quality operations across completeness, accuracy, timeliness, and audit readiness.
• Lead data quality incidents from classification and containment through root-cause analysis, validated fixes, and corrective actions.
• Design, deploy, and monitor AI agents, scripts, and workflow automation that eliminate routine manual work.
• Lead day-to-day delivery operations, including prioritization, allocation, capacity planning, coaching, and performance management.
• Manage offshore, outsourced, and vendor delivery partners while balancing cost, quality, and speed.
• Produce operational reporting and maintain SOPs, runbooks, decision guides, and AI-assisted internal resources.

Requirements

• 5+ years leading operational teams and programs with direct accountability for team performance.
• Experience managing offshore, outsourced, or BPO delivery teams and vendor relationships.
• Hands-on experience building and shipping AI-based automation using agents, prompts, scripts, or AI-assisted workflows.
• Experience running queue-based operations against defined SLAs and owning operational metrics.
• Strong analytical, written communication, documentation, organizational, and advanced spreadsheet skills.
• Proficiency with work-tracking tools such as Jira.

Nice to have

• Experience in sustainability, ESG, carbon data, utilities, or commercial real estate operations.
• Familiarity with ENERGY STAR, GRESB, or GHG Protocol reporting frameworks.
• SQL, BI platforms such as Metabase, Tableau, or Power BI, and Python or scripting experience.
• Experience in a SaaS or data platform environment and a technical, data, or business degree.
