Senior Loan Sales Consultant (Personal Loans)

Location: Hybrid in the Phoenix, Arizona metro market, with remote work available in Texas and Florida. Training requires attendance at the Tempe, Arizona office.

Total compensation: $85,000–$130,000+ per year, including hourly base pay, uncapped commission, spiffs, and incentives.

What you will do

• Convert warm leads into personal loan customers and close sales within one to two calls.
• Manage up to 20 active transactions across different stages of the loan process.
• Identify customer needs such as medical debt or home repairs and explain relevant loan solutions.
• Maintain accurate CRM activity while conducting high-energy sales conversations.
• Exceed daily and weekly sales targets to maximize commission earnings.

Requirements

• 3+ years of recent inside sales experience; outbound call center experience is preferred.
• Proven success in commission-heavy sales roles.
• Ability to navigate Salesforce or a similar CRM while maintaining an engaging customer conversation.
• Availability for an 8-hour shift between 6:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. PST.
• Availability to work Tuesday–Saturday or Sunday–Thursday, including one weekend day.
• Ability to attend training at the Tempe, Arizona office.
