QA Technical Analyst (AWS)

What you will do

• Test applications and execute test plans and cases based on software requirements and technical specifications.
• Record test results, compare them with expected outcomes, and identify software failures.
• Document issues, provide detailed bug analysis to developers, and track resolution.
• Collaborate with software developers and architects in application planning meetings.
• Support technical and product-level documentation, including specifications for small enhancements.
• Provide in-house and customer-related technical support as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of experience in software quality assurance or testing.
• Experience identifying, documenting, tracking, and resolving issues.
• Strong analytical, organizational, written, and oral communication skills.
• Infrastructure experience with AWS, Windows, Linux, and containerization.
• Experience with MySQL, MariaDB, and Oracle databases.

Nice to have

• Payment processing or ATM handling experience.
• JavaScript, PHP, SQL, Bash, XML, or Linux/Unix scripting experience.
