Staff Enterprise Developer Advocate

Location: Remote - US; approximately 25% travel required

Salary: $145,500–$200,090 for Zone 3, $154,100–$211,860 for Zone 2, or $171,200–$235,400 for Zone 1, plus RSUs and benefits

What you will do

• Design the Enterprise Developer Advocacy program from pilot to repeatable practice, including session formats, account selection, readouts, and measurement.
• Deliver education-first technical sessions for enterprise engineering teams on agents, AgentControl, safe rollouts, experimentation, and runtime control.
• Partner with account executives, solutions engineers, and customer success teams to identify accounts and develop internal champions.
• Maintain a non-promotional, education-first approach while tailoring sessions to customer stacks and use cases.
• Instrument the pilot, produce session readouts, debrief with field representatives, and recommend whether to scale, adjust, or stop.
• Define the playbook and operating model for future developer advocates as the program scales.

Requirements

• Experience spanning at least two of developer advocacy, solutions engineering, developer education, and technical marketing.
• Ability to teach technical sessions to large enterprise engineering groups and address challenging questions from principal architects.
• Hands-on technical credibility, including building, demonstrating, and teaching technical solutions.
• Strong operational skills for running repeatable programs, prioritizing demand, and meeting commitments.
• Typically at least 12 years of related experience.
• Must be based in the United States; approximately 25% travel is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with feature management, experimentation, observability, or agent orchestration tooling.
• Experience building customer-facing technical programs such as workshops, DevDays, or office hours from scratch.
• Deep enterprise software experience and knowledge of platform decision-making in large engineering organizations.
