Focus on completing reactive call-outs, documenting remedial works, and delivering safe, customer-focused service across hospitality, education, food, and manufacturing environments.
Location: Field-based in Cumbria and Southwest Scotland, with work conducted on-site at customer locations

What you will do
- Install commercial air conditioning and refrigeration equipment according to customer specifications.
- Diagnose faults and complete repairs across equipment from multiple manufacturers.
- Perform planned preventative maintenance and reactive call-outs.
- Prepare condition reports and document required remedial works.
- Ensure systems meet industry standards, environmental regulations, health and safety requirements, and company procedures.
- Maintain accurate service records and provide professional customer-focused support independently and as part of the wider team.
Requirements
- Previous experience in the refrigeration and HVAC industry.
- Proven commercial refrigeration and air conditioning service, maintenance, and installation experience.
- Current F-Gas certification.
- Full, clean UK driving licence and ability to work across Cumbria and Southwest Scotland.
- Strong fault-finding, problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage workload independently and participate in the on-call rota.
