Supply Chain Program Manager (Semiconductor)

Location: Santa Clara, CA, United States

Salary: $106,800–$160,000 per annum base pay, plus eligibility for bonus and equity plans.

What you will do

• Own product programs from customer quotation through prototype, qualification, production ramp, sustained manufacturing, and end-of-life planning.
• Define program scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, deliverables, and execution plans.
• Coordinate Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Marketing, Sales, and external manufacturing partners.
• Lead quotes, cost modeling, capacity assessments, delivery commitments, kickoffs, and stakeholder alignment.
• Manage suppliers, manufacturing instructions, schedules, supply risks, capacity constraints, logistics, and change management.
• Maintain dashboards, analyze forecasts and KPIs, provide status updates, and lead customer and global program meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Operations, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
• 5–15 years of relevant experience in program management, supply chain, operations, or product lifecycle management.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, forecasting, and statistics.
• Knowledge of Agile, Oracle ERP, Kinaxis, and Power BI.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional programs and managing global teams, suppliers, and external partners.
