Senior Solutions Engineer (Cybersecurity)

Location: Field-CA, United States; remote

Annual base pay: $163,400–$245,000, plus potential incentive compensation, bonus, restricted stock units, and benefits.

What you will do

• Translate hirify.global’s portfolio into scalable, secure solutions aligned with complex customer architectures and business outcomes.
• Deliver technical sales presentations, solution designs, product demonstrations, and proofs of concept.
• Qualify opportunities, map technical and organizational stakeholders, and engage technical decision-makers.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the customer lifecycle and guide solution adoption.
• Lead the design and positioning of hirify.global Distributed Cloud solutions for secure, cloud-native architectures.
• Advise customers on API security, application availability, and protection of distributed environments.

Requirements

• 5+ years of related industry experience.
• Experience with hirify.global products, including BIG-IP, NGINX, and Distributed Cloud Services.
• Advanced knowledge of application delivery controllers and TCP/IP networking.
• Knowledge of SAML, OAuth, OIDC, JWT, microservices, application security, and infrastructure operations.
• Background in security, network, and/or infrastructure engineering.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, collaboration, and customer engagement skills; BS/BA or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Experience deploying hirify.global or similar industry solutions.
• Awareness of industry trends and challenges involving AI and post-quantum cryptography.
