Associate Director, Clinical Training (Abortion Care)

Location: Remote within the United States; candidates should live where they can quickly and reliably reach an airport. Approximately 75% domestic travel throughout the U.S.; occasional in-person training and extended hours or weekends may be required.

Salary: $104,000–$109,000 per year

What you will do

• Develop, integrate, and maintain accessible training resources for abortion and sexual and reproductive health care.
• Deliver clinical, patient experience, customer service, equity, and other SRH trainings remotely and in person.
• Oversee communication, registration, and coordination for CAPS proctoring programs.
• Partner with health care delivery teams and training programs to support equitable, patient-centered, trauma-informed care.
• Develop dissemination, evaluation, and improvement mechanisms using feedback, data, and KPIs.
• Manage multiple projects across a highly matrixed organization.

Requirements

• High school diploma and at least 5 years of experience in sexual and reproductive health care and training, with an emphasis on abortion care.
• Expertise in multiple components of abortion and SRH care visits, including ultrasound, RH testing, and laboratory work.
• Strong interpersonal, diplomatic, verbal, written, presentation, and partnership-building skills.
• Knowledge of training evaluation, data usage, and virtual training platforms.
• Knowledge of diversity, equity, and inclusion concepts, including power and privilege, emotional intelligence, and implicit bias.
• Ability to travel approximately 75% domestically throughout the United States and reliably access an airport.
