What you will do

• Administer ARCS, FCCS, PBCS, BlackLine, and the broader Oracle EPM suite.
• Partner with Finance and Accounting teams to manage system changes, configure metadata, build reports, and troubleshoot operational issues.
• Manage data loads and FDMEE/Data Integration maps to synchronize EPM applications with ERP source systems.
• Support month-end and quarter-end close activities in FCCS and ARCS, maintaining data integrity and timely reporting.
• Translate finance requirements into technical updates, security changes, business rules, forms, and dashboards.
• Manage the global chart of accounts and coordinate internal control remediation, SOX control execution, audit evidence, and walkthroughs.

Requirements

• Hands-on administration experience with ARCS, FCCS, and PBCS in an EPM Cloud environment.
• At least four years of experience supporting a finance organization.
• Strong knowledge of accounting close cycles, consolidations, financial planning, and account reconciliations.
• Experience with EPM data integrations, metadata, security groups, member formulas, business rules, and troubleshooting data discrepancies.
• Experience in a SOX-compliant environment, including control execution, audit support, and financial systems change management.
• Project management, analytical, problem-resolution, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting mid-market or enterprise organizations through transformation.
• Oracle EPM Cloud certification in FCCS, ARCS, or PBCS.
