What you will do

• Implement strategic plans to increase market share and penetration within the local marketplace.
• Develop new business relationships and execute cross-marketing strategies for existing commercial clients.
• Structure complex commercial, consumer, and mortgage loans to balance risk and reward.
• Monitor loan repayment activities and proactively mitigate potential credit risks.
• Collaborate with Treasury, Retail, and Mortgage departments to support overall franchise objectives.
• Supervise and train lending staff, including Loan Assistants, in accordance with bank policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related field.
• 5 to 10 years of experience in commercial banking client relations with an emphasis on sales.
• In-depth knowledge of all aspects of commercial banking products and services.
• Must be located in or able to work onsite in Fort Worth, Texas.
