What you will do

• Design, configure, scale, and maintain MuleSoft Intelligent Document Processing solutions using GenAI and the Anypoint Platform.
• Create document actions, schemas, AI prompts, classifiers, and benchmark datasets for extracting structured data from complex documents.
• Publish document actions as REST APIs through Anypoint Exchange for consumption by Mule applications and RPA bots.
• Integrate extracted data with ERP, Salesforce CRM, databases, and other enterprise applications using DataWeave.
• Architect asynchronous queues, concurrency limits, multi-worker CloudHub deployments, rate limiting, and caching for high document volumes.
• Provide Tier 3 production support for runtime failures, OAuth token issues, parsing errors, and document-processing queues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration or development experience.
• 3+ years of MuleSoft integration experience, including 1+ year deploying GenAI prompt engineering or IDP workloads.
• MuleSoft Certified Developer – Level 1 certification.
• Practical experience with structural prompting, few-shot prompting, system instructions, and JSON text parsing.
• Experience managing multi-worker CloudHub architectures, persistent queues, or parallel MuleSoft RPA executions.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Certified MuleSoft Hyperautomation Developer certification.
