Salesforce Administrator (Sales Cloud)

Salary: $105,000–$110,000 base salary per year, depending on location, skills, and experience.

What you will do

• Manage, maintain, configure, and optimize the Salesforce Sales Cloud platform.
• Administer users, roles, profiles, permission sets, licenses, public groups, organization-wide defaults, and sharing rules.
• Create and maintain fields, page layouts, record types, dashboards, reports, validation rules, and approval processes.
• Build and maintain Screen Flows, Record-Triggered Flows, and Scheduled Flows, including migrating legacy Workflow Rules and Process Builder automations.
• Perform data imports, exports, mass updates, backups, audits, deduplication, and cleansing.
• Support users, integrations, AppExchange implementations, releases, sandbox refreshes, documentation, and training while collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator credential required.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, Sales Cloud processes, and best practices.
• Proficiency with Salesforce Flow is required, including Screen Flows, Record-Triggered Flows, and Scheduled Flows.
• Experience with reports, dashboards, data visualization, Data Loader, Data Import Wizard, and Salesforce security models.
• Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with HubSpot, LeanData, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, Form Assembly, or other sales technology platforms.
• Experience with Salesforce Einstein and other AI features.
• Additional Salesforce certifications, AppExchange evaluation and implementation, or basic Apex and Visualforce knowledge.
• Experience with change management, sandbox processes, and deployment tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
