Senior Enterprise Implementation Specialist (SaaS)

Location: Remote in the United States; onsite customer travel multiple times per year, up to 40%

What you will do

• Manage implementation activities across Print Reach, shopVOX, Shopworks, and other Print Vertical products, including weekly calls, training, and go-live tasks.
• Lead complex, high-value implementations while managing scope, timelines, risks, stakeholders, and project deliverables.
• Build relationships with customer stakeholders, including executive contacts, and drive adoption of the full product feature set.
• Travel to customer sites for training, consulting, and go-live support up to 40% of the time.
• Serve as an escalation point and mentor for Implementation Specialists across business units.
• Improve cross-business-unit implementation standards, documentation, testing, and best-practice sharing.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience implementing SaaS software, including work across more than one product or platform.
• 10+ years of project management experience leading software implementations, with a proven record of managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• 5+ years of experience in the print, mail, and/or sign industry, with a strong understanding of how MIS, web-to-print, estimating, production, and related business functions work together.
• Working knowledge of cloud-based SaaS applications, ideally including MIS and/or web-to-print platforms.
• Willingness and ability to travel onsite to customer locations multiple times per year, up to 40%.
• Experience mentoring, coaching, and serving as an escalation point for other Implementation Specialists.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, advisory, organizational, and detail-management skills, including communication with customer executives.
• Strong understanding of technical concepts to provide guidance and solutions across multiple platforms.
• Experience working across multiple business units, product lines, or a matrixed organization is a strong plus.
