Senior Financial Analyst - Technology

What you will do

• Review Workday financial reports, analyze Technology spending, validate paid invoices, and assess journal entries affecting financial results.
• Calculate, track, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual spend growth and projections by vendor and spend type.
• Maintain and enhance cost center tracking, budgeting, reporting, and Enterprise Technology Solutions frameworks.
• Consolidate and review monthly financial results, investigate performance drivers, monitor variances, identify trends, and recommend actions.
• Prepare financial presentations, reports, charts, tables, trend analyses, models, and standard planning templates for Finance and Technology leadership.
• Collaborate with divisional finance analysts and complete projects that improve process efficiency and financial performance.

Requirements

• Advanced experience with Workday, Excel, Power BI, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related business discipline.
• 3–5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
• Ability to work independently and cleanse, organize, and analyze large datasets to identify trends or issues.
• Strong organization, critical thinking, and confidentiality skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement in Daytona Beach, Florida, United States.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a business or finance-related discipline.
• Experience with Workday, Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
