Program Manager (Automotive Body Structures)

What you will do

• Track part releases, engineering changes, material certifications, engineering deliverables, and program milestones.
• Develop and maintain program timing charts, status dashboards, health reports, workflows, and program boards using JIRA and Confluence.
• Identify risks, delays, and dependencies, then communicate impacts and mitigation plans to stakeholders.
• Coordinate engineering, supply chain, quality, and manufacturing teams around milestones and deliverables.
• Facilitate status meetings, publish action items, and follow up on completion.
• Prepare executive summaries, timing updates, and program health metrics for leadership reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of program or project management experience, preferably in a technical or manufacturing environment.
• Experience in engineering development, automotive, aerospace, or manufacturing environments.
• Familiarity with part release processes, engineering change management, and product lifecycle management systems.
• Knowledge of Agile or Stage-Gate development processes and experience with JIRA or Confluence.
• English proficiency at C1–C2 level required.
