What you will do

• Create realistic, high-quality patient scenarios reflecting real-world medical decision-making.
• Evaluate AI-generated responses for clinical accuracy, safety, and quality using structured frameworks.
• Provide actionable feedback to improve the performance, reliability, and trustworthiness of AI systems.
• Collaborate with clinicians, researchers, and AI experts through onboarding, calibration sessions, and quality discussions.

Requirements

• Current clinical expertise in primary care or a related medical specialty.
• Attending physicians must be board certified and hold a current, active, unrestricted medical license.
• Residents must be in the final year of residency or be recent graduates who are board eligible.
• Fellows must be board certified or board eligible and hold a current, active, unrestricted medical license.
• Strong clinical judgment and clear written communication skills.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with medical education, research, quality improvement, or clinical guideline development.
