Clinical Subject Matter Expert (AI Healthcare)

What you will do

• Create realistic, high-quality patient scenarios that reflect real-world medical decision-making.
• Evaluate AI-generated responses using structured frameworks for clinical accuracy, safety, and quality.
• Provide actionable feedback to improve the performance, reliability, and trustworthiness of frontier AI systems.
• Collaborate with clinicians, researchers, and AI experts through onboarding, calibration sessions, and ongoing quality discussions.

Requirements

• Attending Physician: board certified with a current, active, unrestricted medical license.
• Resident Physician: in the final year of residency or a recent graduate who is board eligible.
• Fellow: board certified or board eligible in the primary specialty with a current, active, unrestricted medical license.
• Strong clinical judgment, clear written communication skills, and an interest in shaping AI systems through expert human evaluation.

Nice to have

• Experience with medical education, research, quality improvement, or clinical guideline development.
