Problem Resolution Coordinator

Location: Rochester, MI; travel to California may be required to meet and collaborate with customers.

What you will do

• Coordinate and track software and system network-related issue tickets throughout development.
• Review incoming tickets for completeness, consistency, and required technical information.
• Perform high-level analysis and assign tickets to the appropriate global engineering team member.
• Follow up with engineering teams and stakeholders on ticket status and resolution progress.
• Support customer communication and alignment regarding reported issues and updates.
• Monitor issue aging, priorities, closure progress, and reporting metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Approximately 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience generating issue inflow, burndown, and status-tracking reports and metrics.
• Ability to support project meetings with issue summaries and status updates.
• Knowledge of JIRA or Confluence.
• English proficiency at C1–C2 level and willingness to travel to California as needed are required.
