What you will do
- Support pre- and post-implementation activities according to established implementation processes.
- Gather customer requirements and develop customer-focused implementation and configuration strategies.
- Document configuration test scenarios to support quality assurance.
- Provide product expertise, including configuration and integration capabilities.
- Collaborate with configuration, training, product, sales, development, and customer support teams.
- Support customer deliveries, provide occasional customer training, and prepare Professional Services documentation.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in large transformation programs, preferably using agile methodologies.
- Experience in technical requirements gathering or business analysis, ideally in the automotive or insurance markets.
- Strong customer-facing communication and collaboration skills, particularly with technical stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Postman, JSON, SOAP, OAuth, XML, CSS, and advanced Excel, including macros.
