Implementation Specialist

hirify.global delivers implementations of its product set for customers across defined countries or regions under individual Statements of Work.

What you will do

• Advise customers and Sales on hirify.global product best practices, proposals, and Professional Services engagement models.
• Gather and document customer requirements and define effective implementation strategies.
• Act as a customer-facing subject matter expert, bridging business and technical discussions.
• Document test scenarios, validate configurations, and support product and system integrations.
• Coordinate with configuration, training, product, and Sales teams to deliver implementations and align roadmaps with revenue goals.
• Train customers, provide third-level delivery support, and take on project management responsibilities for major projects.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience delivering large transformation programs with high-performing teams, ideally using agile methodology.
• Experience in technical requirements gathering or business analysis, ideally in automotive or insurance.
• Strong customer-facing, collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Commercial awareness and the ability to support Sales opportunities while managing delivery costs.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Postman, JSON, SOAP, OAuth, XML, CSS, and advanced Excel macros.
• Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
