Regulatory Affairs Pharma - French Speaker

What you will do

• Support pharmaceutical and medical device clients through Compliance Services.
• Prepare HCP contracts from system-generated requests and approved templates.
• Communicate with HCPs, answer contract questions, and obtain signatures.
• Process and reformat incoming files using Excel, Access, and proprietary software.
• Review data, identify errors, maintain file integrity, and apply recovery methods.
• Coordinate with Client Service Representatives on requirements, custom deliverables, and work status.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Life Sciences is mandatory.
• At least 3 years of related work experience.
• French speaker with advanced English proficiency.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong Excel and Access skills, attention to detail, organization, and deadline management.
• Ability to analyze routine issues, gather information, communicate clearly, and work effectively in a team.

Nice to have

• Experience with pharmaceutical compliance regulations.
• Experience with legal contract concepts, contracts management, or report analysis.
