What you will do

• Develop system software and hardware specifications, integration practices, and requirements for the USMC TCAC FoS.
• Participate in Systems Engineering Technical Review events and processes.
• Develop Engineering Change Proposals and documentation for system version control.
• Use requirements management tools to link requirements with test cases.
• Conduct software testing, document tickets, and prepare reports and test plans.
• Estimate software and integration task durations and support integration, development, and testing in Windows Server and Red Hat Linux environments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related engineering field.
• Ten years of experience supporting C4ISR-related programs, including systems analysis, architecture, specifications, integration, test and evaluation, and logistics support.
• Five years of technical experience with network support, system architecture, interoperability of USMC intelligence collection and analysis platforms, and requirements development, testing, and implementation.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance is required at the start of employment.

Nice to have

• Prior Marine Corps systems experience focused on SIGINT, C4I, and systems/software integration.
• Familiarity with REL 9, Cisco switches, Linux, Active Directory, systems administration, Bash, PowerShell, and Podman.
