Program Manager, Life Sciences Customer Delivery (AI Safety)

What you will do

• Lead customer implementations for clinical research programs and healthcare studies from startup through completion.
• Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, resource allocations, dashboards, and operational reporting.
• Coordinate onboarding, platform deployment, site activation, device management, testing, and operational readiness.
• Train investigators, coordinators, site personnel, and customer stakeholders on the Studio platform and data capture workflows.
• Coordinate human data review workflows, capacity planning, quality indicators, throughput, and operational KPIs.
• Manage customer relationships, vendors, risks, dependencies, escalations, and cross-functional delivery with Product, Engineering, Clinical, Research, and Customer Success teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project management, implementation management, clinical operations, customer delivery, or a related field.
• Experience supporting clinical trials, clinical research programs, healthcare technology implementations, or life sciences initiatives.
• Experience training customers, end users, or study personnel on software platforms.
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle and experience partnering with technical teams.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, identify risks early, and drive successful outcomes.
• Strong organization, communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional influence skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in clinical research, life sciences, digital health, healthcare technology, behavioral health, or AI safety.
• Familiarity with GCP, clinical trial operations, site management, or regulated healthcare environments.
• Experience with eCOA, ePRO, digital health, patient engagement, or data collection platforms.
• Experience managing reviewer, annotation, adjudication, quality assurance, or human data operations teams.
• PMP, Certified Scrum Master, or related project management certification.
