Program Manager

Location: Remote in the United States; based in Owings Mills, Maryland. US citizenship or a Green Card and at least three years of US residency are required.

What you will do

• Lead teams responsible for company growth and client technology service delivery.
• Apply structured project management and process methodologies to meet program goals and targets.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and communicate changes to program scope, timelines, and budgets.
• Translate client vision into successful outcomes, metrics, and delivery activities.
• Resolve issues and conflicts, negotiate agreements, and advise clients on strategic direction.
• Partner with technical and growth leaders to identify and drive organic and new growth opportunities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing technology service delivery projects.
• Working knowledge of federal program execution.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex technology or data projects.
• Must be a US citizen or Green Card holder; sponsorship is not available.
• Must have lived in the United States for at least the past three years.
• Must be able to obtain Public Trust clearance through a US Government background investigation.
