Senior Pricing Analyst

Location: Remote, work from home in Minnesota, USA

Salary: $90,000–$125,000 annually, depending on experience and other factors.

What you will do

• Prepare strategic pricing estimates for new projects and ongoing client work based on specifications, turnaround requirements, and profitability targets.
• Create client estimates and pricing documentation and support Sales with quotes, RFPs, and RFQs.
• Compare transaction line items with pricing grids, estimates, and project notes to ensure all billable work is captured.
• Review print vendor invoices, analyze production costs, and calculate selling prices.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Client Service to resolve invoice questions, disputes, and adjustments.
• Conduct post-audit pricing reviews, monitor project lifecycles, support revenue recognition and accruals, and analyze competitor pricing and market trends.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional pricing, estimating, or related experience.
• Experience with mutual funds, variable funds, regulated financial communications, or print estimating and production pricing.
• Strong Excel skills and mathematical and analytical aptitude.
• Professional communication skills when interacting with internal and external clients.
• Availability to work up to 50 hours per week during peak periods and month-end.
