Junior Product Manager (Staking)

Location: Hong Kong; full-time onsite or remote

What you will do

• Own the lifecycle of institutional Proof-of-Stake staking and yield products.
• Translate node delegation, governance vote proxies, auto-compounding, and un-delegation delays into unified B2B workflows.
• Ensure yield-generating actions comply with MPC multi-signature approval architecture.
• Coordinate R&D infrastructure, frontend, QA, and external node providers while managing Agile sprints and integration blockers.
• Manage productization and integration of blockchains such as ETH, SOL, SUI, and AVAX.
• Create PRDs, interaction prototypes, and state-flow diagrams using Figma.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of Product Management experience in technology or Web3.
• Experience with B2B asset-management platforms, wallet applications, or complex backend systems is preferred.
• Strong prioritization, execution, stakeholder-alignment, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• High proficiency in Figma and the ability to independently create complete interactive prototypes.
• Basic understanding of API calls and JSON structures, plus the ability to read technical documentation.
• Strong English communication skills are required.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of PoS staking economics, governance mechanisms, and node delegation.
• Experience with multi-chain wallet integrations or Smart Contract/DApp interaction logic.
• Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related STEM background.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development.
