Sr. Deployment Engineer (Azure/AWS)

What you will do

• Lead cloud migration, modernization, and infrastructure deployment projects across Azure, AWS, and hybrid environments.
• Design secure, scalable, and highly available cloud architectures based on Azure and AWS Well-Architected Framework principles.
• Assess cloud readiness and develop migration and modernization roadmaps for enterprise customers.
• Implement hybrid connectivity and cloud networking, including VPNs, ExpressRoute, AWS Direct Connect, VPCs, virtual networks, routing, and segmentation.
• Develop Infrastructure as Code and deployment automation using Terraform, ARM/Bicep, CloudFormation, PowerShell, Python, Azure CLI, and AWS CLI.
• Implement cloud security, monitoring, governance, backup, disaster recovery, and compliance solutions while mentoring technical resources.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• At least 5 years of experience designing, implementing, and supporting Microsoft Azure environments.
• At least 3 years of experience designing, implementing, and supporting AWS environments.
• Experience delivering multi-cloud and hybrid cloud solutions, including migrations from on-premises datacenters.
• Strong knowledge of Azure and AWS networking, security, identity, compute, storage, backup, monitoring, governance, and cost management.
• Hands-on experience with Azure VMs, Virtual Networking, VPN Gateway, ExpressRoute, Azure Migrate, Site Recovery, Azure Backup, Azure Virtual Desktop, and Azure Monitor.
• Hands-on experience with AWS EC2, VPC networking, Direct Connect, VPN, S3, EBS, EFS, FSx, AWS Backup, Migration Hub, MGN, GuardDuty, Security Hub, Inspector, and AWS Config.

Nice to have

• Senior-level Active Directory, SAN, backup, hypervisor, Cisco, Palo Alto, and on-premises Microsoft infrastructure experience.
• Experience with SQL Server, Azure SQL, Nerdio for MSP, or Azure AI Foundry.
• Experience designing secure cloud application environments with centralized identity management.
• Knowledge of load balancing, scalability techniques, and project management methodology.
