Cloud Engineer - Azure

Location: Hybrid, 3 days in the office and 2 days remote, from the Dallas, TX, or Cincinnati, OH office. No relocation assistance is offered.

What you will do

• Operate and maintain highly available enterprise workloads across Azure IaaS and PaaS services, with additional support for AWS.
• Collaborate with application teams and business units to deliver cloud solutions.
• Diagnose and resolve complex cloud incidents, analyze logs and metrics, and maintain platform health.
• Support business continuity, disaster recovery procedures, and high-availability environments.
• Create documentation and runbooks while automating operational workflows.
• Design Terraform-based Azure infrastructure and integrate infrastructure-as-code deployments into CI/CD pipelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• At least 3 years of enterprise IT engineering or operations experience.
• At least 3 years of Microsoft Azure experience, including Entra ID, Azure Update Manager, Azure Virtual Desktop, API Management, Application Gateway, Load Balancer, and App Services.
• At least 1 year of Terraform experience, including modules, state management, and GitHub CI/CD integration.
• Experience with PowerShell or Bash, Azure Portal, CLI, PowerShell, and Azure Monitor.
