What you will do
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot complex multi-vendor network components.
- Implement configuration changes and security policies across enterprise environments.
- Monitor network performance and execute proactive tuning to ensure service reliability.
- Collaborate with project managers and service engineers to resolve outages and network issues.
- Apply network automation and scripting to enhance operational efficiency.
- Participate in change reviews and emergency corrective actions.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in network engineering and infrastructure design.
- Strong expertise in SDN, data center networks, routing, and switching.
- Proficiency with firewalls (Checkpoint, Palo Alto, Fortinet), load balancing (F5), and proxy security.
- Native Thai communication skills required.
- Good command of English for technical documentation and stakeholder coordination.
- Solid understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management).
Nice to have
- CCNP certification or equivalent knowledge.
- Interest in adopting AI-driven tools for network performance enhancement.
