Location: Bellevue, Washington, United States; hybrid work environment

Base salary: $95,638–$127,250 per year for new hires; full range $95,638–$172,256 per year.

What you will do

  • Coordinate embedded Product Operations Managers across geographic regions and domains.
  • Own the portfolio view, including roadmap integration, resource allocation, aggregated risks, and executive reporting.
  • Align Product, Supply Chain, Content Management, and Content Creation teams with portfolio execution needs.
  • Facilitate portfolio governance meetings, cross-domain reviews, and scrum-of-scrums with cross-functional leads.
  • Identify synergies, remove redundancies, and standardize operational best practices.
  • Coordinate project tasks, delegate work, manage stakeholder concerns, and support compliance with applicable standards and regulations.

Requirements

  • Five to seven years of relevant professional experience or equivalent expertise.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent applicable experience.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and delegation skills.
  • Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, understand developing products or projects, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
