Project Manager - Equipment (HVAC)

Location: Edmonton, Alberta, Canada; onsite Monday through Thursday, with a flexible work location on Fridays

Annual base salary: $72,900–$104,300 CAD, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Plan and manage HVAC equipment projects, including scope, schedules, procedures, and project parameters.
• Coordinate with building owners, mechanical contractors, subcontractors, other trades, customers, and field support staff.
• Align equipment ship dates with contractor schedules and follow internal equipment ordering processes.
• Maintain project forecasts, monitor budgets, control expenses, and manage project cash flow.
• Create and revise project schedules with tasks, estimates, dependencies, and milestones.
• Enter equipment orders, issue purchase orders, and generate work orders for equipment start-ups.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in business or equivalent with at least two years of project management, equipment, HVAC, or related experience; or at least four years of relevant experience.
• Familiarity with HVAC systems and temperature equipment.
• Strong customer service, problem-solving, communication, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively while meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid in-state driver’s license held for at least 12 months, with no major or frequent traffic violations or preventable collisions within the previous three years.
