Project Manager – Supply Chain Portfolio

Location: Hybrid in Brampton, Ontario, Canada

Salary: CAD 109,104–159,104 annually for non-sales roles; the posting also lists CAD 94,928–144,928 annually for sales roles.

What you will do

• Lead identification, prioritization, governance, and execution of value transformation cost-savings initiatives.
• Build and maintain an integrated roadmap covering cost savings, innovation, organizational initiatives, product launches, and CapEx projects.
• Develop project plans, critical paths, risk mitigation strategies, and portfolio reporting routines.
• Coach initiative owners on project management standards, tools, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Track CapEx performance, assumptions, risks, dependencies, and investment priorities as the portfolio’s single source of truth.
• Facilitate collaboration across Operations, Planning, Procurement, Finance, Commercial, and other stakeholders to remove barriers and support decisions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience in a cross-functional business environment.
• Experience with cost savings or value-delivery programs, product lifecycle management and launches, and acquisitions.
• Strong planning, tracking, delivery, facilitation, decision-making, negotiation, conflict management, risk management, analytical, and communication skills.
• Strong project management fundamentals, including scope definition, sequencing, schedule management, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
• Ability to coach others in project management discipline, standard work, governance, and deadline accountability.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, with strong financial acumen and experience managing cross-functional inputs.

Nice to have

• Experience with CapEx planning and tracking.
• PMP designation.
• Lean Six Sigma certification or experience.
