Head of Content & Media (Fintech)

What you will do

• Own the strategy and buildout of hirify.global as a recognized media and lifestyle brand for financial services, investing, technology, and global markets.
• Build and lead an AI-first content operating system, including editorial workflows, automation, governance, production processes, and asset management.
• Develop hirify.global’s podcast platform, video programming, newsletters, interviews, research, events, and other recurring editorial franchises.
• Lead content distribution and audience development across owned, earned, executive, partner, and social channels.
• Develop executive thought leadership and consistent messaging for founders and senior leadership.
• Manage the full content lifecycle and measure brand reach, audience growth, engagement, listenership, media influence, and contribution to company growth.

Requirements

• 10+ years of content marketing experience, including 3+ years leading and building teams in a high-growth B2B technology or fintech environment.
• Exceptional storytelling, editorial judgment, strategic communication, and stakeholder alignment skills.
• Demonstrated experience using AI-native content creation tools and marketing automation.
• Experience developing executive thought leadership and category-defining narratives.
• Data-driven approach focused on business impact and cost efficiency.
• Ability to collaborate remotely while working within the Americas location requirement.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, financial services, developer tools, or other highly technical industries.
• Hands-on experience building podcast-first or multimedia content programs.
• Experience establishing and leading a content team from an early stage.
• Familiarity with the developer and investing infrastructure ecosystem.
